Refund & Return Policy – The Bok Shack

At The Bok Shack, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products


HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, please email us at 📧 info@thebokshack.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


EXCHANGES

Need a different size or item? Email us at info@thebokshack.co.za and we’ll gladly assist, depending on stock availability.

Exchanges are only processed once the original item is received and approved.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
